Noetic Learning Math Contest

Dear Parents & Educators,

A big thank you to your overwhelming response to our invitation. We updated our FAQ to answers many of your questions:

You asked to see actual contest problems, so we compiled sample problems of 2013 fall contests.

Many of you also wonder how much work is involved in hosting the contest. The detailed procedures are documented here. As you can see, it is pretty simple to host the contest and we will guide you along the way.

Contest Dates:

  • Fall: November 13 – 26, 2014   Registration deadline: October 31, 2014
  • Spring April 2 – 16, 2015  Registration deadline: March 20, 2015

  • Students will solve 20 grade appropriate problems individually in 45 minutes time.
  • Students will be given paper and pencils during the contest. No calculators allowed.
  • The contest will be held at your school and will be administered and graded by the registered teachers.


  • National Honor Roll medals for the top 10% of all participants in each grade.
  • Team Winner medals for the top scorer in each team.
  • Team Achievement Plaques for the top 10% of teams in each grade. 
  • Honorable Mention certificates for the top 50% of all participants in each grade.
  • Participation Certificates for all participants.
  • Name Recognition on our website for the top 50% of all participants in each grade.
