If you are having problems logging into digits or HMH A-G-A (pilot teachers only), or your students are having access issues, please submit a DTS Digital Curriculum Tools work ticket. This is the most efficient way for the HelpDesk to document your issue and get the proper technician to diagnose the problem.
Please be aware that Infinite Campus drives all class rostering and student access. If a student is added to your class in IC, it can take up to 48 hours before the student will appear in your digits or HMH A-G-A class. Please submit a work ticket if new students do not have access to these programs after 48 hours.
