Digital Curriculum Work Ticket

If you or your students are having logon or functionality issues with digits, HMH A-G-A, or enVisionmath2.0 (pilot teachers only), please submit a DTS Digital Curriculum Tools work ticket. This is the most efficient way for the HelpDesk to document your issue and get the proper technician to diagnose the problem.

Please be aware that Infinite Campus drives all class rostering and student access. If a student is added to your class in IC, it can take up to 48 hours before the student will appear in your digital class. Please submit a work ticket if new students do not have access to these programs after 48 hours.
