Concurrent Enrollment is a tremendous opportunity and provides access to academic courses that may not be available at Niwot High School. In the St. Vrain Valley School District (SVVSD), students who are enrolled in 11th or 12th grade who demonstrate academic preparedness are eligible for the Concurrent Enrollment Program. Students interested in concurrent enrollment must attend a meeting during the semester prior to the one in which they’d like to take college courses. Information and links will be posted after each semester’s meetings.
The meeting for students wishing to take Concurrent Enrollment classes during the Fall 2018 Semester will be held in the IMC on Thursday, March 15, 2018, 2:30-3:30pm. The meeting for Spring 2019 classes will be held in October, 2018 (Date TBD).
Students must meet with their School Counselors before Monday April 2, 2018, to review their ICAP (Naviance) and course choices. AFTER meeting with your counselor, students may apply online with SVVSD for course approval.
The SVVSD Concurrent Enrollment online application is due on FRIDAY, APRIL 6, 2018. Students will receive approval/denial decisions by April 20, 2017.
