Software and Curriculum Review Process

The Department of Assessment, Curriculum and Instruction is responsible for the development, articulation, implementation, revision, and evaluation of the curriculum necessary for delivering the instructional program at the District level.

Principals are responsible for use and appropriate implementation of approved curriculum at the school level.

If schools are interested in reviewing or piloting new courses, please use the SVVSD Curriculum Application.

Software Approval Process

The Department of Assessment, Curriculum, and Instruction, and DTS have worked together to create a new and improved Software Approval Process. Adoption of software is a collaborative effort to determine: 1) if the content meets the Colorado Academic Standards and 2) if the software is compatible with District systems.
