Tomorrow, April 21 is National Day of Silence. Support your peers and then head to Night of Noise (see below).
- Night of Noise: April 21, 4:30-6:30 p.m. OUT Boulder Longmont – FREE EVENT!
This event follows Day of Silence, an action where students choose to remain silent on Friday, April 21 to bring awareness to the silencing effect of anti-LGBTQ bullying. There will be a march on Main street, free pizza and ice cream, guest speaker Bryan Krause, Executive Director of Student Services will speak on school bullying policies and there will be a panel to debrief the day. Bus tickets available.
- Down the Rabbit Hole – An LGBTQ+ Youth Dance: May 5, 6:00-9:00 p.m. YMCA 95th & Arapahoe – FREE EVENT!
What: An LGBTQ+ Youth Dance for ages 13 to 18, Allies welcome
When: May 5, 2017 from 6:00-9:00 p.m.
Where: YMCA on 95th & Arapahoe, 2800 Dagny Way, Lafayette, CO 80026 (Take the JUMP bus to 95th)
Activities will include face painting, tarot readings, flower crown making, and origami. FREE food and drinks!
