Calling all future teachers: UNC Future Teacher Conference

Registration is open for the fourth annual UNC Future Teacher Conference on Friday, February 23, 2018 from 8:30 am to 2 pm. This free conference, designed for high school students is hosted by UNC’s School of Teacher Education, and offers a variety of presentations and workshops to help students learn what it means to become a teacher. The conference is open to any student interested in teaching. Participants will enjoy presentations from current pre-service teachers (UNC students), early career teachers, veteran educators and UNC faculty/administration.
The conference is packed with information about:

  • physical education 
The conference also includes a popular UNC student panel, games and prizes, a student-led campus tour and lunch in Holmes Dining Hall.
