Anime Club (East Asian Cultural Studies Council)
The purpose of the Anime Club is to enjoy Japanese Animation, discuss the merits of animation techniques, discuss Japanese culture and Anime contests.
The Community Service Society, Chi Sigma Sigma, is a student organization dedicated to providing volunteer assistance and fundraising to local non-profit organizations. The mission of the Community Service Society is to increase volunteerism by establishing long-term relationships with charities to make it easier for students to volunteer. Composition Club students will work on their own musical compositions using composition
software and receive feedback from the sponsor.

Fiddle Group is a group that performs Irish and Scottish music at school concerts and in the community.
The Silver Creek Film Club is devoted to watching and discussing films, as well as creating short films of our own.
The National Art Honor Society is an art club focused on community engagement and scholarship through art.
The National Honor Society (NHS) is the nation’s premier organization established to recognize outstanding high school students. NHS strives to help our society and schools through volunteer work and responsible leadership.
Students in the Newspaper club create, write and edit articles for the school newspaper, the Talon Tribune.

The Peace and Service for Africa club has two goals:
- To raise awareness about poverty in Kenya and widen our own perspective. (we work with local elementary schools- presentations, networking, community building, etc.)
- To raise money through IPI to help students attend college in Kenya. (bake sales, coin drives, etc.)
The purpose of the Raptor Leadership Crew (RLC) is to help freshmen and other new students successfully acclimate to SCHS. RLC members may assist with student tutoring, school tours, and volunteering hours during all-school events (e.g. back to school nights, parent-teacher conferences).
