The St. Vrain Valley School District offers summer school programming for students who need to regain lost credit toward their graduation requirements.
The following is the 2017 summer school options:
Option 1- Summer School at Longmont High
Location: Longmont High School
Cost: $150 per semester (reduced rate for free and reduced lunch students)
Dates: Semester 1 (June 5th-June 22nd) Semester 2 (June 26th-July 20th)
Times: 7:45-12:05 Monday-Thursday (no classes on Fridays)
Courses Offered: Social Studies, Math, English and Biology
Other Info: You must have failed a course and have an F on your transcript to enroll in course. You are limited to two courses. Register by May 31st, spots fill quickly and registration may close early.
Option 2- eCredit Recovery
Location: Lincoln Campus (619 Bowen Street) or Frederick High School
Cost: $150/.5 credit $225/1 credit (half price tuition for free and reduced students)
Dates: June 6th-June 29th
Times: 8:30-11:30 Tues/Weds/Thurs
Courses Offered: English, Social Studies, Math

Option 3- BYU Independent Studies
Cost: $148 per .5 credit
Dates: Rolling admissions and start dates
Times: Done independently online

Other Info: Students may take BYU courses to recover credit or take classes not offered at SCHS. Student must receive prior approval from their counselor before enrolling in a BYU Independent Study course. District policy limits students to a maximum of 2.0 credits of On-line Independent Study credit.
