Week Without Hate

Next week Skyline’s Student Council is organizing a week without hate. Friday, April 29 is the official Day Without Hate, and students and staff are asked to wear white to honor those involved in the Columbine and Virginia Tech shootings, and shootings elsewhere in the country.

Thank you Student Council and Jon Smedes for organizing this powerful event.

The Countdown Begins

Falcons there are only 34 more days until you get to taste the bliss that is summer vacation. I hope everyone had a lovely Spring Break, and got rested and re-energized for the coming weeks.

Please check the calendar for upcoming events.

Students, it is absolutely critical to check-in with your teachers about your grades. If you have not (from Fall semester) or will not be passing a class, please put summer school on your summer agenda. SVVSD Summer School will be held at Skyline this year, so it should be convenient for you to attend and get your credits caught up.

Juniors, the ACT is only three weeks away. It’s on April 27.
