Giving Thanks and Keeping Yourself Healthy

Gobble Gobble Falcons!!

I wish you a happy, healthy and safe Thanksgiving. This has been a busy year, and I know most of us are ready to sit down, take a deep breath, and relax. I hope you take good care of yourself this break – eat well (but don’t make yourself sick), get plenty of sleep, and be kind to your friends, family and strangers.

If things get stressful, and you need some help, here are a couple of ways to get it:

-National Suicide Prevention Lifeline: 1-800-273-TALK (8255)   http://www.suicidepreventionlifeline.org/

-Mental Health Partners (Longmont): 303-684-0555    http://www.mhpcolorado.org/Home.aspx

-Longmont Youth Center: Olga Bermudez, 303-774-3760   http://www.ci.longmont.co.us/youth_services/counseling/index.htm
