Changes to Concurrent Enrollment payment process

Effective immediately:

Our procedure of collecting tuition at the time of enrollment (prepayment) is not allowed.  The District will now pay “upfront” for the enrolled courses.  As in the past, if a student drops the course after the deadline or receives a grade below a C, they will be responsible for payment.  We are looking into repayment procedures and possible consequences for non-payment.  In addition, the forms for Concurrent Enrollment for the next registration (Spring 2014) will reflect these changes. We realize that many parents may have already paid through RevTrack and those payments will be refunded immediately.
