March is here, and that means there’s only about two and a half months of school left. Some students are excited, while others are stressing out, especially seniors. We are about half way into the second semester, and many students are struggling to get their grades up. Nobody wants to fail their class and retake it again. That’s why around this time, students start to get really stressed out about school. Here are some tips to control the end of the year stress:
1.Positive Attitude: Having a positive attitude is probably one of the best strategies. If you’re only having negative thoughts, of course negative things will get to you. If you stay positive about it, good things will happen.
2. Organization: Being organized is important too. Maybe making a schedule or setting reminders on your phone might help remind you about the stuff you have to get done.
3. Patience (with self and others): Being patient is hard, but you have to be patient in order to take your time to finish all your work. With time, things will turn out better.
These are some of the things you could do to be able to keep you catching up and organizing your school routines.
